Rinse 7 to 10 tea leaves 🍃

Place about 4 cups of water to boil then add tea leaves 🍃 to the pot of boiling water continue to boil for 10 minutes.

Steep for another 10 minutes with lid covered pot.

Allow tea to cool a bit.

Drink... if needed sweeten with honey and a tip of lime.
Drink plenty of water during the following 24 hour period.
